5.POLLUTION UNDER CONTROL CERTIFICATE
6.FITNESS CERTIFICATE IN CASE OF TRANSPORT VEHICLE
7.ONE RECENT PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH
8.COPY OF THE POLICE COMPLAINT
